Are your paints and mediums non-toxic?
Most of our products are ACMI certified non-toxic. We recommend checking the individual product descriptions for specific safety ratings and SDS sheets, especially for professional-grade solvents.
What is your return policy for opened supplies?
We accept returns on unused items within 30 days. For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened paints, markers, or used paper pads unless the product is defective.
Do you offer bulk discounts for schools and studios?
Yes, we offer tiered pricing for educational institutions and professional studios. Please contact our wholesale department with your tax ID to set up a professional account.
How do you ensure delicate items like canvases and frames aren't damaged?
We use specialized heavy-duty packaging and reinforced corners for all fragile items. In the rare event of damage during transit, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
